where your bag goes

You know exactly where your bag goes.

This is the part the marketplaces skip. Your bag is not left with whoever happened to sign up as a partner: it goes into a numbered locker in our own shop, under a camera, with a person there all day.

security

Is my luggage safe? A person by day, cameras around the clock.

A cheap locker is unattended by design. Our points are not: someone is there all day, the premises are on camera, and your receipt is matched to your booking.

A person on site, 9 to 20

Every point of ours is staffed for the whole opening time: someone takes your bag, someone hands it back, someone answers the phone.

Cameras everywhere

The shops are filmed 24/7 and the Naples terminal is filmed too. The footage is there if anything ever needs checking.

A receipt, every time

Your bag is matched to your booking code and you leave with a receipt. Nobody collects without one of the two.

Our own premises

No partner counters, no warehouse on the edge of town. You see the street, the photos and the opening hours before you pay.

questions

Straight answers, including the awkward ones

Is my luggage really safe?

In Florence and Capri your bag goes into a numbered locker in our own shop, opened and closed only by our staff, who are there from 9:00 to 20:00, with CCTV recording 24/7. At Naples port it goes into a locker, with our attendant beside it and cameras in the terminal. Keep cash, jewellery and passports with you.

What if my train is late and you are closing?

Call the shop while it is still open: the number is in your confirmation. If you reach us before 20:00, someone is at the counter. If you cannot, the bag stays locked in the shop overnight, under camera, and you collect it from 9:00 the next morning; the extra time is charged at the normal price list, at the counter.

Can I pay at the counter instead of online?

Yes. You can walk in during opening hours and pay at the counter, when there is room. Booking online does two things the counter cannot: it holds a space for you and freezes the price you saw. In high season the shops are busiest in the morning and around midday, so with a fixed train it is safer to book.

Is my bag insured?

There is no separate insurance policy. As custodians under the Italian Civil Code (articles 1766 and following) we answer for loss or damage caused by our fault, as written in section 8 of the terms. What protects the bag day to day is the locker, the staff and the cameras. Keep cash, jewellery, passports and medicines with you.

Can I leave oversize luggage?

The price list has two sizes: small, up to 55 × 40 × 20 cm, and large, anything bigger than that. Skis, bicycles, pushchairs and other oversize items are not on the list, so call the shop before you come and we will tell you honestly whether there is room.

What are the opening hours?

Every point is open from 9:00 to 20:00, every day of the year, and you can drop off or collect at any time within those hours. Bags cannot be collected outside them: the shops are staffed rather than self-service, and in Naples the lockers stay closed after 20:00 until the next morning.

How much does it cost?

€6.90 a day for a cabin-size bag, up to 55 × 40 × 20 cm, and €9.90 for a big suitcase. Under an hour a small bag is €2.00, under three hours €5.00 (€3.00 and €7.00 for a big one). After three hours the price stops and you pay the day.

Can I cancel, and do I get my money back?

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your drop-off time, from the link in your confirmation email, and the payment is refunded in full. You do not need to call or give a reason. Inside those 24 hours, call the shop and we will look at your situation.
